Andrew Knee

Andy joined LMS in 1999 as Sales & Marketing Director, taking over the role of Managing Director in July 2002. 

Prior to joining LMS, Andy's roles included Head of Lending at Bristol & West and National Account Manager at Bank of Ireland. 

He has over 20 years' experience in the mortgage market coupled with a shrewd understanding of the evolving business requirements that drive our industry forward.  With Andy at the helm, LMS will continue to develop robust and relevant solutions to meet our clients' needs.

Peter Clarkson

Peter joined LMS in 2000, and plays a key role in our financial, commercial and strategic development.

Peter graduated from Oxford University with a degree in mathematics then qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. 

After a move to Corporate Finance, Peter spent four years advising companies on mergers, acquisitions and fundraising, before going on to become Senior Corporate Analyst with T&N Plc.  Peter then became Corporate Development Manager and latterly Group Financial Controller for Quadramatic Plc, a medium-sized quoted public company - before joining LMS

Matt Brown

Matt joined LMS in 2001, bringing with him 12 years' experience of systems development.

Matt worked with Fisher Rosemount and Groupe Schneider in the process control arena before spending five years developing enterprise applications for corporate partners - including Microsoft.

Matt is responsible for all aspects of IT within LMS, including software development and systems architecture, infrastructure, security, quality assurance and support.

Huw Lewis

Huw joined LMS in 2004 and is responsible for the management of our major lender clients and is responsible for our sales and marketing function.

Huw brings a wealth of sales and account management experience to the role. He was formerly General Manager of an asset finance and automotive business in Saudi Arabia, with additional responsibility for the Sales and Marketing Directorate across the wider industrial group.

Huw also spent four years as a Consultant within fleet financial services, focussing on sales and account development, and sales training. Prior to that, he was Sales and Marketing Director of a national UK Fleet Services Business with responsibility for European sales development.

Robert Sanderson

Rob is a qualified solicitor and spent seven years in leading national and regional private practices before joining LMS in 2003.

Rob manages the legal, valuation & energy panel teams. These business areas appoint, audit and own the relationships with our panels of law firms, valuers, surveyors and property inspectors to ensure that they comply with our high standards for overall quality, speed and service.

He also drives the legal processes behind new product sourcing and development.

Sandra Francis

Sandra joined LMS in 2001. She has extensive HR, people development and team management experience, gained in training consultancy companies in both the UK and France.

In addition to ensuring that the day-to-day operation of the business runs smoothly, Sandra is responsible for the customer service and business processing teams and the LMS call centre.

Sandra has a strong operations focus, and has developed our key skills-base to ensure we deliver a consistently high-quality service.
