If you have been instructed by a client who requires a mortgage from any one of our lender clients and wish to apply to their general conveyancing panel, you can do so by following the link below to begin our two step approval process:
Once approved to the panel you will be eligible to receive instructions from the lender. Once a case has been instructed to you our lenders require you to update our tracking system. This enables them to track charge registration for each case where you are acting on their behalf. You may also receive your mortgage offer through our tracking system.
Our members have access to mortgage offers for some lenders through our tracking system which is a time saving and secure solution. You have access to a range of additional services; this includes searches, indemnity insurance, customer identification packages and LMS AccountChecker.
LMS also provide conveyancing services to its lender clients under the Supplier Certification Scheme. If you wish to apply to join the SCS panel, you must first have been successfully accepted onto the Panel Link® panel. LMS will then assess your suitability for these services and request further information from you to enable us to review your suitability.
